Warehouse Team leader - Evening replenishment We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team leader or senior warehouse operative looking for progression with a valid forklift licence to join a well-established team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a national retail organisation at their fast-paced distribution centre. As a Team leader you will be responsible for: * Supervise and coordinate evening replenishment activities across the warehouse. * Ensure stock is replenished accurately and efficiently to designated pick locations. * Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment priorities to support operational demands. * Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets. * Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Monitor productivity and quality standards, taking corrective action where necessary. * Liaise with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational continuity. * Assist with training, coaching, and development of team members. * Support inventory accuracy through effective stock handling and reporting of discrepancies. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation.
