We are looking for someone who will be able to support individuals experiencing homelessness, complex lifestyles, drug and alcohol misuse or criminal justice proceedings.
You will develop a personalised, wrap around action plan that is drawn up in partnership with the person you are working alongside, providing intensive support in line with our organisational values and principles.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
