DualEntry is building the OS for finance and is hiring a Talent Acquisition lead to shape and scale our recruiting. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership, sourcing top talent in competitive markets and partnering with founders for role definition and market positioning.

You’ll drive a candidate-centric process, strengthen the employer brand, and develop analytics to measure success, all in a remote-first, fast-moving startup environment with equity.
