We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client in Farnham who is looking to add an experienced CNC Turner (Fanuc) to their growing precision engineering team. The Role

  • Program, set and operate CNC Turning machines using Fanuc controls
  • Produce precision components to drawing tolerances and customer specifications
  • Carry out first-off and in-process inspection using measuring equipment
  • Edit programs and make tooling adjustments to optimise performance
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and housekeeping
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to meet delivery targets

About You

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner
  • Strong working knowledge of Fanuc control systems
  • Ability to programme, set and operate independently
  • Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Confident reading technical and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and team-focused approach
  • Experience within Aerospace, Formula 1, Defence, or other highly regulated precision engineering sectors would be highly advantageous
