Full-Time | Experienced 360 Consultant or Senior Consultant

Join a high-performing recruitment team in London and take ownership of a specialist Change & Transformation desk focused on delivering talent into complex, business-critical programmes across Technology and Operations.

You’ll run a full 360 recruitment desk, partnering with top-tier clients to deliver talent across Change, Transformation, and Technology roles, supporting major transformation journeys. Alongside driving new business and managing key relationships, you’ll build and nurture a highly engaged specialist candidate community, positioning yourself as a trusted voice in the market and establishing a strong presence as a go-to leader in the space.

This is a chance to step into a 360 recruitment role where you’ll have real autonomy, shaping your own desk strategy while building long-term partnerships with clients.

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment
  • Exposure to Technology or Change & Transformation recruitment (financial services experience beneficial)
