Join a high-performing recruitment team where you’ll take ownership of a Perm Product Management desk, partnering with product-led organisations that are genuinely focused on building exceptional user experiences and solving real customer problems.
You’ll own a 360 recruitment desk end-to-end, building deep, trusted relationships with founders, CPOs, and senior Product leaders while advising on how to shape and scale high-impact product teams. You’ll partner with VC and PE-backed scale-ups through to global enterprises across SaaS, consumer, AI, and developer platforms, helping them hire the people who define product strategy and customer experience.
Alongside delivery, you’ll build a visible presence in the Product community by hosting events, developing strong industry connections, and becoming the recruiter product leaders actively seek out.
