We have an exciting opportunity for a cavalier salesperson to join the growing Omni Sales team! Omni is the UK’s first and only vet-formulated, peer-reviewed, novel protein dog food brand. Here at Omni, our mission is to make dogs’ dinners work for all of us. Environmentally-friendly, nutritionally-complete dog food is the future - and you’re going to help us achieve that future in this crucial front-facing role at one of a range of London sites as we expand across the capital.
Your primary responsibilities will include warmly approaching customers, providing assistance with any questions they may have, and ultimately, closing sales! This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and sales confidence to ensure customers are left with a positive feeling about our brand. Our ethos revolves around this central principle: treat your customers as if they were staying at a 5-star hotel of which you are the manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Outreach to passersby in the shopping mall to encourage engagement with our products.
- Provide exceptional, 5-star customer service, treating the customers with the utmost respect as they visit our pop-up shop.
- Be a knowledgeable, reputable information repository, ensuring customers understand the brand, the mission, and the products.
- Maintain a positive and energetic approach to outreach and sales throughout shifts.
