Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in North Lanarkshire to hire a talented Finance Assistant on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a positive outlook, and embraces challenges with enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
- Processing Supplier invoices
- Liaising with customers and suppliers as required with the resolution of accounts queries.
- Support the credit control function and chase overdue accounts.
- Check production document pricing against quote and generate customer invoices.
- Sending invoices by email weekly
- Resolving invoice queries
- General admin duties
