The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trusts Lawyer to join a highly regarded Private Client team handling complex trust and wealth planning matters. This role offers the opportunity to become a key adviser to high-net-worth individuals, trustees and families, advising across a broad range of trust creation, administration and succession planning matters.
The successful candidate will enjoy genuine autonomy whilst working alongside experienced Private Client specialists within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Senior Associates, Legal Directors and ambitious Trusts practitioners seeking a genuine pathway towards Partnership.
- Provide strategic succession planning and wealth preservation advice.
- Advise on inheritance tax and capital gains tax implications affecting trusts and estates.
- Assist with complex estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
- Advise trustees on their legal duties, powers and ongoing administration.
- Draft trust documentation and associated legal instruments.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Private Client, Corporate and Property teams to deliver joined-up advice.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and professional introducers.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Significant experience advising on Trusts and complex Private Client matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of trust law, estate planning and wealth preservation.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, trustees and family businesses.
- Commercial awareness combined with exceptional client care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
