The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join an established and highly respected Corporate team.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions whilst providing genuine autonomy to develop your own client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Applications are welcomed from ambitious Senior Associates, Legal Directors or experienced Corporate Solicitors looking for a genuine pathway towards Partnership.

The Role As a Senior Corporate Solicitor, you will: Support business sales, acquisitions and succession planning.

Develop long-term relationships with clients and professional introducers.

Work collaboratively alongside colleagues across Commercial Property, Employment, Litigation and Private Client.

Play an active role in business development, networking and profile raising.

Mergers & Acquisitions Company Sales & Purchases Management Buyouts Corporate Restructuring Shareholders' Agreements Partnership Agreements Corporate Governance Joint Ventures Business Succession Planning General Corporate Advisory Commercial Transactions Candidate Requirements To be considered, you will ideally have: Strong experience within Corporate Law.

Commercial awareness and strong technical ability.

Experience building and maintaining client relationships.

An interest in business development and networking.
