Are you an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Manager or Operations Manager looking for your next challenge within a world class aerospace manufacturing environment?

Our client are recruiting for a Manufacturing Team Manager to join their South Molton facility, leading a high performing manufacturing team responsible for delivering precision engineered aerospace components to globally recognised customers.

As Manufacturing Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated production area, ensuring customer demand is met safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain, you'll be responsible for improving productivity, developing your people and embedding Lean Manufacturing principles across your area.
