Technical Sales Representative
The Technical Sales & Customer Support Representative job is responsible for providing a high level of service to customers, supporting sales activity and ensuring customer enquiries and orders are handled efficiently.
The role combines technical product knowledge, sales administration and relationship management to identify customer requirements and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities for the Technical Sales Representative Job
- Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries, providing clear and timely information on products, pricing and availability.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into sales.
