NEW MAINTENANCE ENGINEER IN ANDOVER.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer with experience working within a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment to take ownership of the maintenance, reliability and performance of an ISO 7 semiconductor assembly and test facility.
The role combines hands on maintenance engineering with facilities, environmental control and equipment support, working closely with Production, Process Engineering and Quality to ensure the manufacturing environment remains safe, compliant and operational.
Responsibilities as an Maintenance Engineer in Andover.
- Carrying out scheduled monthly and quarterly preventative maintenance activities.
- Monitoring daily and weekly maintenance activities completed by Production.
- Investigating equipment faults and carrying out repairs where possible.
- Maintaining and servicing HVAC systems, HEPA filtration and LEV systems within the ISO 7 cleanroom.
- Coordinating external service engineers and equipment suppliers when specialist support is required.
- Supporting the maintenance and provision of utilities including compressed air, electrical power, nitrogen, water and drainage.
- Assessing equipment installation requirements, including utilities and LEV connections.
Requirements as an Maintenance Engineer in Andover.
- An engineering qualification at HNC or degree level in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous.
- Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment operating to standards such as ISO 9001.
