Responsibilities
- Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrollment, attendance and assessment records via the system(s).
- Process training administration from pre‑ to post‑programme activities, including coordination with internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
- Attend to enquiries and appeals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adhere to existing SOPs, procedures and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and support external audit.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
- Other ad‑hoc projects may be required.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma holder.
- One to two years of administrative working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Must uphold a strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information.
- Detail‑oriented and meticulous.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
