About the role

Novabook is seeking a tax professional to support its UK startup portfolio, handling VAT, EMI valuations, S/EIS, transfer pricing and broader corporate tax matters.

You’ll manage client relationships directly, preparing reports and filings while collaborating with a CEO and Chartered Accountants.

You will work alongside 18 software engineers using AI to automate day‑to‑day workflows, rolling out solutions to teams and clients across the business.
