About the role

You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content that promotes our brand and engages our community. Working closely with the marketing team, you will create content for digital and print channels, helping to showcase school life, celebrate achievements, and support student recruitment and community engagement initiatives.

  • Conceptualise, plan and produce high-quality digital and visual content across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Work closely with the art direction team to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Create engaging written content, captions, and multimedia assets for social media, websites and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent delivery of creative materials according to project timelines.
  • Research current trends, audience preferences and competitor activities to inform content strategy and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design and communications to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Edit, optimise and prepare content for publication across various digital platforms.
  • Analyse content performance metrics and adjust creative strategies based on audience engagement and feedback.
  • Maintain organised digital asset libraries and ensure proper documentation of all creative work.
  • Experience creating content for social media, videos, and written storytelling skills.
  • Confidence using AI tools to create and improve content.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills.
  • Experience using content performance data to improve results.
  • Knowledge of SEO and analytics is an advantage.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
