What you'll be doing:
- Leading and growing an experienced IT logistics team
- Driving the expansion of IT logistics processes in a global production environment
- Supporting the rollout of new production sites across Switzerland, Germany, North America and China
- Implementing a new group-wide CAQ system
- Overseeing the introduction of fully automated intralogistics (AGVs, driverless transport)
- Managing stakeholder relationships and departmental budgets
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in IT logistics within a manufacturing or regulated (GMP) environment
- Expertise in SAP WM and/or SAP EWM; exposure to CAQ systems is a strong plus
- Experience leading teams and driving cross-site projects
- Technical education (e.g. HF technician, or degree in industrial engineering, computer science or similar)
- Fluent in German and English (Swiss German a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally ~10%
