A pioneering blockchain ecosystem is seeking an Ecosystem Solution Architect (AI x Web3) to support developers and entrepreneurs in building transformative, AI-driven applications. This role is designed for individuals passionate about AI, blockchain, and empowering developers, with hands-on opportunities to guide projects from hackathons to fully funded startups.
The Role: As an Ecosystem Solution Architect, you will be a trusted technical mentor, helping developers architect, optimize, and integrate AI and blockchain technologies into real-world use cases. Your expertise will guide teams in AI-agent infrastructure, smart contract architecture, and scaling AI x Web3 applications. This role requires an in-depth understanding of blockchain, AI, and developer enablement, along with strong communication skills and a background in startup incubation or technical consulting.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Guidance & AI x Web3 Integration
- Mentor developers on best practices in AI and blockchain integration.
- Provide architectural support for seamless AI model integration with decentralized storage and smart contracts.
- Lead deep technical sessions, code reviews, and workshops to support startups and hackathon teams.
- Assist in optimizing and fine-tuning generative AI models for blockchain applications.
- AI & Blockchain Technical Enablement
- Lead workshops and hackathons to educate developers on AI x Web3 best practices.
- Contribute to SDKs, documentation, and developer tools to enhance the AI x Web3 experience.
- Create technical content for startups, including sample code and reference architectures, helping founders tackle key challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine AI x Web3 integrations.
- Ecosystem Growth & Developer Success
- Track developer progression from hackathon participants to long-term contributors and funded startups.
- Design support programs for high-potential teams, offering access to funding, grants, and mentorship.
- Analyze success patterns from top projects to refine AI adoption strategies.
- Ensure developers receive both technical and business support for AI x Web3 projects.
- Operational & CRM Support
- Analyze developer engagement data to optimize support strategies.
- Track conversion rates and provide feedback to improve developer experience.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in AI, blockchain, cloud computing, or solutions architecture.
- Strong knowledge of smart contracts, LLM-based AI applications, and decentralized storage.
- Proficiency in Rust, TypeScript, Solidity, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI model fine-tuning and deployment using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience in startup incubation, accelerators, or venture-backed projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and simplify complex concepts.
- Public speaking or community-building experience is a plus.
