Overview
The job holder is responsible for completing roles and jobs that require minimal training but deliver a significant return to the business in its overall operation. To ensure that all food manufactured complies with both Aunt Bessie’s and Customer specification BRCGS standards, to ensure legal compliance, food safety and product quality are adhered to at all times.
Responsibilities
- Packing / Stacking
- Inspection
- Checking / Weighing
- Quality Conformance
- Basic Machine Operation
- Unjamming / restarting (or equivalent for role)
- Basic Hygiene activities – Supporting Hygiene activity
- Clean as you go ownership
- Other reasonable requests (i.e. rework & other non-production activities)
- To comply with Safety, Environment and Health regulations to ensure the safety of self and others.
