The successful candidate will have between 5 and 8 years' PQE and a strong track record in transactional commercial real estate, ideally combining experience of investment and development work with real estate finance transactions. This is an opportunity to handle high-quality, sophisticated mandates for an impressive client base, taking responsibility for transactions from inception through to completion and playing an active role in developing client relationships.
Applicants will demonstrate first-class technical ability, strong commercial awareness and excellent drafting and negotiation skills, together with the confidence to manage their own caseload and supervise more junior lawyers.
