An excellent and rare opportunity has arisen for a senior level Knowledge Lawyer/PSL to join a leading international firm as a Corporate Knowledge Director.

The firm's top tier group advises on a wide variety of large and complex Corporate transactions. As the Knowledge Director, you will be joining a well established Knowledge function and will have a challenging and exciting senior level role working collaboratively with lawyers and other professionals, both in the London office and internationally. You will have a key influential role in the group, leading and managing a team of Knowledge Lawyers and setting the team's strategic direction. In addition, you will have a range of Knowledge responsibilities including updating the group on legal and regulatory developments, preparing and delivering training, supporting the development of and assisting fee earners with the use of legal technology tools, including AI tools, both in the London office and globally, and maintaining a knowledge database.

This role would suit a senior level Knowledge Lawyer/PSL with considerable experience in company law and corporate governance. M&A experience would also be advantageous. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is a genuine interest in innovation, legal technology and AI.
