As a Multi Skilled Operative , you'll carry out reactive maintenance within occupied and void properties, helping to keep homes safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard.

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be: Carrying out reactive repairs within occupied and void properties Completing plumbing, carpentry, plastering, or general maintenance works depending on your trade background Diagnosing and resolving day-to-day maintenance issues Undertaking repairs to kitchens, bathrooms, doors, locks, walls, and other property elements Completing minor making-good works following repairs Responding to tenant-reported maintenance issues within agreed timescales Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard Updating job records and communicating effectively with tenants and colleagues I'd love to speak to anyone who has: Experience carrying out reactive maintenance within social housing or domestic properties A background in either plumbing, carpentry, plastering, or general property maintenance Experience completing day-to-day repairs within occupied properties Their own vehicle and willingness to travel across Staffordshire A full UK driving licence Excellent customer service skills when working within tenants' homes This Multi Skilled Operative role is offering the following benefits:£22.00 per hour45p per mile mileage allowance Weekly pay Long-term contract opportunity Consistent workload across Staffordshire Opportunity to work with a respected Housing Association This role is offering £22.00 per hour plus 45p per mile mileage allowance.
