We are working with a well establish Housing Association based in South Wales who are looking for a Director of Operations to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Title: Director of Operations
Salary: 85,000 – 95,000 depending on experience
Location: South Wales

Director of Operations responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the property portfolio management
  • Develop and implement strategic housing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage housing projects from conception to completion
  • Monitor and maintain budgetary controls for the housing department
  • Lead and motivate a team of housing professionals
  • Continuously improve housing services based on resident feedback

Director of Operations requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a large property portfolio
  • Strong strategic decision-making and leadership skills
  • Sound knowledge of housing regulations and standards
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work well with diverse internal and external stakeholders
