Free parking, mileage paid, and the opportunity to make a real impact in your community this is a fantastic chance for an experienced Housing Officer to join a supportive team delivering tenancy and neighbourhood services in the South Derbyshire area.
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing provider, Trent & Dove Housing, for a Housing Officer to work within the Neighbourhoods team. Based across their South Derbyshire stock, you\’ll manage a patch of properties, providing tenancy management, dealing with ASB, estate issues, safeguarding referrals, and offering advice on mutual exchanges and tenancy changes. This is a mobile role, with a supportive office base and the option to work from home when not out on patch.
We are very keen to speak to Housing Officers, Neighbourhood Officers, Tenancy Officers, and Tenancy Support Officers with strong case management experience. You\’ll need confidence working independently, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of tenancy legislation. You\’ll ideally have a CIH Level 3 or similar qualification but we are very keen to speak to anyone with relevant experience, whether or not you hold formal qualifications.
