About the role

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading logistics and infrastructure company, is seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join their team based in Teesside.

The role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role within a vital national infrastructure business and will be suited to a strong analyst and modeller.

Main duties/responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly financial reporting and forecasting process, including preparation of management and board packs.
  • Coordinate and produce board-level financial presentations and budget documentation.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process

, long-term and short-term cash flow forecasting, and revenue/capex forecasting.

  • Monitor and report on financial risks, opportunities, and debt covenants
  • Collaborate with external finance stakeholders on financial modelling and investor presentations.
  • Conduct project appraisals
  • , including IRR and cash flow analysis

You will be/have

  • Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience.
  • Strong corporate financial modelling skills in Excel.
  • Familiarity with
  • OLAP financial reporting systems
  • Proficiency in

Power Point and advanced Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in liaising with senior management and analysts.
