The Marketing Manager role is a split role covering two locations (UK and the Benelux). As Marketing Manager, you will be joining a highly motivational team in the UK (Wiltshire and Lancing, West Sussex) and the Benelux site who will benefit from cooperation and best practice globally. In this role you are responsible for identifying the overall marketing needs in the UK and Benelux market and will conduct the local marketing strategy and activities for these markets.

Our client is looking for a flexible and hands-on marketer who will be responsible for increasing awareness and drive lead generation in the defined target market. The Marketing Manager responsibilities include managing the marketing plan and budget, executing marketing activities and digital campaigns across various channels, tracking and analysing the performance of those campaigns and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with their brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Ultimately, you will help continue to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify target markets in the UK and the Benelux and share the data.
  • Support the Team to define the local ‘go-to market’ strategy.
  • Execute campaigns in LinkedIn, Google Ads and industry media and improve SEO on the local website.
  • Define DTAM to target accounts and engage local business development with the pre-sales activities.
  • Publish content and grow followers and engagement on the local LinkedIn accounts.
  • Develop relationships with magazines, internet trade sites and further relevant affirmations.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for blogs, editorials, send outs and case studies that attracts and converts target groups.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material such as brochures and sales presentations.
  • Plan and execute webinars with the support of the local sales and tech teams.
  • Measure, report and analyse the performance of marketing activities and campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Manage CRM and supporting databases such as Cognism and Microsoft D365.
  • Implement branding of new offices and project management.
  • Work in close cooperation with the global marketing team and selected communication agencies.

Requirements and Skills/Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing and at least 3-5 years’ experience in this related field.
  • Solid knowledge of digital channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, website analytics and SEO.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices within online marketing.
  • Open to travel to be onsite in the UK and Benelux offices as well as to other group offices in Europe.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Dutch is beneficial but not required.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise, learn quickly, adaptable, self-starter and encourage collaboration from others.
  • Full clean driving license.
