We are looking to recruit a Mobile Periodic Cleaner on a permanent basis to cover a portfolio of sites in Staines, Hayes, Hounslow, Ashford (Middlesex) areas. This is a full time permanent position, working 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £13.00. A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but a Company Vehicle is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep cleaning floors, walls, carpets using machinery
- Using jet washes for external cleaning
- Hoovering of carpeted areas
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
- Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
What are we looking for?
- Professional deep cleaning experience is essential (floor cleaning, carpet machine)
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
