Newett Homes is seeking an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join our in-house team in a hybrid, full-time role based in Wetherby. You will own day-to-day plot conveyancing for new-build developments, working with Sales, Commercial, Land and Technical teams to progress transactions efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of residential conveyancing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
