About the role

New Way Recruitment LTD is seeking a Clinical Lead for an established residential and nursing service in Eastleigh.

You will provide visible clinical leadership, uphold high standards of person-centred care, and drive quality improvements with the Home Manager and MDTs.

Eligible candidates are RGN/RMN with an active NMC PIN, substantial elderly care leadership experience, and strong governance, safety and team development skills.
