Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting the best out of people?
We re looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of the Picking re supporting them on an exciting journey to transform their order fulfilment process from a five-day lead time to next-day delivery.
To achieve this, we need someone who can motivate a team, improve productivity, challenge existing ways of working and champion continuous improvement.
