Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact among customers, employees, clients & external partners
  • Take & record payments, both over the phone and in person
  • Marketing
  • Social media: posts on all platforms, regular interaction & comments; integrate website, current affairs and current jobs
  • Exhibitions & networking
  • Website updates: blog, photos, copy & reviews
  • Market research
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Chase overdue invoices
  • Use Hub Spot or similar marketing emails
  • Check gas bottles in & out for BOC customers
  • Format information for internal & external communication – including meetings, emails, presentations & reports
  • Follow up with customers
  • Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence
  • Newsletter
  • Organise & maintain office filing system
  • Respond to general enquiries
  • Adopt new technology to support the role (e. g., Zoho Books)

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office & Excel knowledge
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Outstanding organisational & time‑management skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment & applications (e. g., e‑calendars, copy machines)
  • Discretion & confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self‑motivated & enthusiastic
