Role Overview: Are you passionate about leading teams and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We are looking for a confident, driven, and guest-focused Shift Manager to join our MyLahore family. As a Shift Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering an “Impeccable” experience for every guest. You will lead your team during shifts, ensuring high standards of service, operational excellence, and team development in line with MyLahore’s values: Kind, Purposeful, Impeccable.
Role Summary: As a Shift Manager, you are responsible for leading the restaurant team during service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will act as a role model for your team, maintaining high standards, supporting team development, and ensuring all operational and safety procedures are followed. Your leadership will be key in driving performance, team engagement, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience
- Lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences that go beyond expectations.
- Ensure all guests receive warm, friendly, and efficient service at all times.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

- Operational Excellence
- Coordinate front of house and back of house operations during your shift.

- Monitor compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and statutory regulations.
- Support stock control, forecasting, and cost management to minimise waste.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet company quality and presentation standards.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver consistent performance.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to set clear expectations and energise the team.
- Coach team members on service standards and continuously improve performance.
- Support training, induction, and ongoing development of team members.
- Provide feedback and assist in performance evaluations.
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Work closely with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and respectful working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
