We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administration Planner on behalf of our Client. Duties will include:
- Effective, accurate and timely management of administrative support tasks.
- Clearing receipts on the system and resolving discrepancies in set targets.
- Receiving customer enquiries/orders and loading them accurately onto the system in set targets.
- Despatching orders on the system in set targets.
- Closing out job files by obtaining PODs and any other required information and sending onto customers and archiving.
- Running reports from the system as required by customers and management.
- Updating and reporting KPIs.
- Ensuring paperwork is archived accurately and in a timely manner.
