Following our tailored 4-week onboarding and training programme, you’ll join one of our conveyancing teams and manage a varied caseload of:
- New build
With our bonus scheme, you can earn an additional £12K-£15K, on top of your base salary.
Process the sale/purchase from instruction through to completion liaising with all parties to include mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors and clients throughout the transaction.
Recognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the client or business at risk.
Ensure that all allocated files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Liaise with mortgage lenders regarding drawing down client funds.
Dealing with exchange of contracts and legal completion.
At least 2 years of Conveyancing experience, managing your own caseload.
