About the role

Join one of the UKs most significant infrastructure projects. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK infrastructure contractor delivering a major long-term programme based in Whitehaven, Cumbria.

Working within a high-performing commercial team, you'll play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects, managing subcontractors, supporting project leadership and helping to drive commercial performance across the project lifecycle. This role offers exposure to nationally significant projects, excellent career development opportunities and the chance to work alongside some of the industrys leading commercial professionals.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll provide commercial leadership across a major infrastructure project, ensuring robust contract administration, commercial governance and financial control throughout delivery. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams and clients to maximise value, manage risk and ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and successfully.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior position, or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge on a flagship infrastructure programme.
