You will manage Team Leaders and production colleagues to hit targets safely and efficiently within a Milton Keynes site.
You will own shift KPIs, champion food safety and GMP, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Warehouse and Technical teams.
