Job Title: Associate HR Business Partner
Band: Band 7
Contract Type: Fixed Term (2 months initially, with potential for extension)
Location: London, 2-3 days on site
MLC Partners are working with an NHS Trust in London who are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Associate HR Business Partner to join their dedicated HR team on a fixed-term basis.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner/Head of Workforce, you will provide a comprehensive and professional HR service, supporting the delivery of their workforce objectives. Your focus will include:
- Supporting the division in all aspects of human resource management, including employee relations (ER), resourcing, organisational change, and terms and conditions of employment.
- Acting as a key point of contact for managers and staff on HR issues, ensuring advice and guidance is aligned with policy, employment law, and best practice.
- Contributing to forward workforce planning, modernisation initiatives, and workforce performance improvement.
- Supporting the implementation of HR strategies and action plans that reflect both local and national priorities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Substantial HR experience within a complex organisation, ideally within the NHS
- Strong knowledge of current employment law, NHS terms and conditions, and HR best practice.
- Experience of working as an Associate HRBP previously
