About the role

Mitie Group plc is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our growing People Team.

You will provide expert employee relations advice and support to managers across the business, helping create a great place to work for all colleagues.

You will manage a caseload of complex ER matters, advise on legislation and policies, and collaborate with Legal and Occupational Health.

A CIPD qualification is preferred, with development support offered.
