Role Summary: Associate AI Deployment Strategist
As an Associate AI Deployment Strategist, you will support the adoption and deployment of Mistral’s AI solutions, working closely with customers and internal teams to bridge the gap between strategic vision and practical implementation.
This role is ideal for early‑career professionals eager to learn, grow, and contribute to transformative AI projects in a collaborative environment.
You will assist in designing AI roadmaps, collaborating with the Solution team to deliver solutions, and ensuring smooth transitions from presales to postsales.

What You Will Do
- Strategic Discovery & Vision Setting
- Assist in executive‑level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities where Mistral’s AI can drive improvements.
- Support the creation of AI adoption roadmaps, helping articulate the "art of the possible" and a clear path to value.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases and align solutions with customer objectives.
- AI Solution Design & Deployment
- Contribute to the design and deployment of end‑to‑end AI solutions, integrating Mistral’s models and platform into customer workflows.
- Prototype and deploy AI solutions, ensuring scalability and impact under supervision.
- Execute pilot projects and proofs‑of‑value, demonstrating the potential of our technology.
- Value Realization & Customer Success
- Support customers in their AI strategy, helping them maximize the value of their investment in Mistral.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to business outcomes and assist in communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between customers and Mistral’s internal teams, gathering feedback to influence product and research roadmaps.
- Travel (30‑60%) to foster deep client relationships and support on‑site deployment.
About You
- 1 to 2 years in a client‑facing strategic role (e. g., management consulting, value engineering, or technical sales).
- You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e. g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to structure challenges into actionable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong technical knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science.
- Hands‑on experience prototyping proofs‑of‑concept (Python, Java Script, or similar).
- Resilient, results‑driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment.
