  • Offer expert styling advice using Missoma’s exclusive jewellery collections.
  • Perform piercings to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and technique.
  • Provide clear aftercare guidance and confidently resolve any concerns.
  • Stay up to date with UK piercing regulations, techniques, and equipment.
  • Advise the wider retail team on legal and safety protocols.

Customer Experience & Shopfloor Support:

  • Be a Missoma ambassador, sharing product knowledge, styling tips, and brand insights.
  • Deliver exceptional service from first interaction to final purchase.
  • Support your team with product expertise and a proactive, positive approach.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1.5+ years’ experience piercing in a studio environment, with a strong portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK piercing standards and regulations.
  • A clean, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging presence.
  • Ability to tailor your service to each customer’s unique needs.
  • A passion for jewellery, style, and helping people express themselves.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary
  • Retail commission scheme
  • Generous staff discount
  • Jewellery uniform allowance
  • Medicash Healthcare Cash Plan
