An exciting award-winning restaurant group with restaurants covering the UK, are currently seeking a General Manager in one of their popular London sites. This company is renowned for their training and development so you can expect progression into future opportunities. General Manager duties:

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager
  • Ensure your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well within the busy, fast-paced and high-volume establishment
  • Alongside the management team, train and develop your team
  • Opening and closing
  • Stock control and ensuring your restaurant is reaching/exceeding financial budgets and targets
  • Planning rotas
  • Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H&S/F&H regulations

General Manager requirements:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager within a high volume/quality food and beverage restaurant
  • Have a strong management and customer-focused background
  • Love people whether customers or staff and be prepared to go above and beyond the customers' expectations
  • Have a positive and confident attitude
  • Be extremely observant and a brilliant problem solver/solutions person
  • Have the ability to work under pressure whilst being a brilliant motivator and inspiring your team within a professional but fun environment
