Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office Based The Opportunity We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revit Technician to join a growing and dynamic fabrication business based in Blackpool.
We work extensively within the Hospitality sector manufacturing steel counters, benches, sink units and ventilation products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit professional with 13 years' experience who is looking to develop their technical expertise and work on a variety of exciting projects.
Working closely with engineers, designers, and a project manager, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using Revit while supporting project delivery from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit.
Develop and maintain project documentation and technical drawings.
Coordinate models with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure drawings and models comply with company and industry standards.
Assist in resolving design and coordination issues.
Support project delivery across multiple live projects.
Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM and Revit processes.
Requirements13 years' experience using Revit within an engineering, architectural, or construction environment.
Good understanding of technical drawing production and modelling principles.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of BIM processes would be advantageous.
Desirable Skills Experience working within MEP, Structural, Civil or Architectural projects.
Familiarity with Navisworks or BIM coordination software.
Understanding of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 standards.
Experience producing coordinated construction information.
