About the role

A diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist is required to help maintain financial efficiency within a not-for-profit organisation.

The individual will have a significant impact on the smooth running of the Accounting & Finance department.

Manage daily processing activities - ensuring that money shown as received on CRM systems agrees with actual monies received.

Gift aid - along with the manager, put together and check gift aid claims.

Control the 24 hour coding system - Working with the Customer Services team; Reconcile the batches outstanding to the income suspense account

Maintain the income suspense account reconciliations

Assisting the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as required.

A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have

A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

An estimated hourly salary range of £17- £21.

Mostly remote working
