You will provide remote and on-site support across multiple locations in the UK and work closely with the service desk and wider technology teams to keep colleagues productive.
Responsibilities include 2nd-line support for Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Outlook and Teams, plus device provisioning, deployment, patching and security compliance.
