You will handle 2nd-line support for Windows 11, M365 apps, Teams, Exchange Online and device management while working closely with the service desk and IT teams.
You will ensure remote and on-site colleagues can work effectively, manage incidents, and support provisioning, security, and compliance across the EUC estate.
