About the role

Mercier Consultancy is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's NGO / Non-Profit Organization in Greece. In this meaningful role, you will provide vital support to our Italian-speaking stakeholders, helping them engage with our programs and services aimed at making a positive impact in the community.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries about our initiatives, provide information on how to get involved, and address any concerns related to our non-profit activities. You will play a crucial role in communicating the mission of the organization and enhancing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat concerning NGO programs and services.
  • Support clients with questions about volunteer opportunities, donations, and community programs.
  • Effectively resolve inquiries and provide information in a supportive and empathetic manner.
  • Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with program teams to ensure that client inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform program improvements and enhance engagement.
  • Stay informed about the organization's initiatives and local community needs.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, with a passion for making a difference.
