Multinational Technology Corporation seeks an Embedded Quality Assurance Engineer to work with the Systems Engineering team. You will join a group of hands-on, passionate, and seasoned professionals dedicated to developing innovative life safety and lifestyle products. Your primary focus will be on qualifying and releasing custom hardware and embedded firmware, as well as maintaining releases for Ring Smart Lighting and Ring Alarm products.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with laboratory test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and meters.
- Experience working with alarm systems and life safety devices.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, tools, and test processes.
- Experience with REST API testing.
- Experience in testing embedded devices.
- Experience qualifying embedded Linux or IoT devices.
- Experience in a scripting language, such as Python or Bash/Shell.
