  • Assist the HR Business Partner with the management of complex employee relations cases providing independent HR advice and support which include disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment and sickness and absence cases.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes such as recruitment, fixed term contracts, redundancy and case management, providing advice as and when required.
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures within the legal framework of employment legislation.

  • It would be highly advantageous if you have gained exposure to organisational change including restructures, redundancies and liaising with Trade Unions, as well as having previously worked for similar not-for-profit and or public sector organisations, however, this is not essential criteria to be considered for this role.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels and communicate with a wide and diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Confident and curious individual with a proactive attitude to solving problems and looking for solutions.
  • It would help if you were a car driver and owner.
