An established electrical contractor in the South West is looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join its growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of electrical projects from initial planning through to final account, working closely with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. The Role Manage multiple electrical contracts from start to finish. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and project programmes. Liaise with clients, main contractors and attend site and contract meetings. Manage quotations, variations, final accounts and project documentation. Order materials and keep projects running efficiently. Prepare and oversee RAMS while ensuring health and safety compliance. Provide technical support and problem-solving when required. What We're Looking For Experience managing electrical projects or contracts. A strong electrical background with practical site experience. Excellent communication and people management skills. SMSTS and a good understanding of health and safety procedures. Confidence using Microsoft Office, Excel and project-related software. Experience with estimating, electrical design, fire alarms, EV charging, solar PV, battery storage or air conditioning would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
