- Supervisor, Field & Real Estate Finance
As a financial partner to in‑market teams, you will provide support to Field Operations, Development and Franchisees, ensuring financial health, profitability and long‑term growth.
- Key Accountabilities
- Provide financial support to Franchisees, ensuring financial health and profitability at the franchisee level.
- Business‑partner with Field Service on queries about restaurant financial performance, investment strategy and new store performance.
- Work closely with Mc Op Co Managers to drive restaurant financial growth.
- Business‑partner with the Development Team on business case analysis for new store openings, closures and estate management.
- Support the Franchising Strategy by providing guidance on financial performance, affordability and restaurant valuations.
- Interpret ownership strategy and execution, ask questions to break down problems, identify trends and suggest/implement actions for change.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally, building strong relationships (internal and external) and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Communicate, present and interact effectively at all business levels.
- Apply commercial acumen to understand levers for profitability and growth for franchisees and operators.
